Problem Title:
Design Manager 6.0.1: Manually deleting project data can cause System Error

Problem Description:
PROBLEM:
After manually deleting project files or directories via
DOS or Windows File Manager, the Design Manager issues a
system error such as the following when opening the
project:

      SYSTEM ERROR
      Unhandled exception:ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
      OSErrorHolder class>>reportOn:
      OSErrorHolder>>reportError
      [] optimized
      SystemError>>handleErrorFor
      FATFilename(Filename)>>is Directory"

CAUSE:
The Design Manager keeps track of files and directories
for a project as they are being created. If you manually
delete data files or directories from a project via DOS or
Windows File Manager, the Design Manager is not aware of
the removal and will encounter System Errors when it
attempts to access the data.

Solution 1:

Do not manually delete data from a project tree. If you
need to remove a version or revision from a project, use
the DELETE command from the Design menu in the Design
Manager. If you need to remove an entire project, use the
Delete Project command from the File menu in the Design
Manager. This allows the Design Manager to keep track of
data being removed from a project.
