Translate (& other DOS tools) hang if "Exclusive in Foreground" is checked.
Problem Description:
After choosing Translate from the Design Manager, the Translate window appears,
but nothing happens. The mouse and Windows are still active, and eventually
Translate will "time out". This will happen with any Windows tool that shells
to a DOS program like the Design Editor or within the Flow Engine.
Solution 1:
Go to Control Panel -> 386 Enhanced.
There is a button labeled "Exclusive in Foreground".
Make sure this button is NOT checked. If it is, you will experience the
above symptoms.
