Problem Description:
When performing a readback of a device and applying clocks before the first
snapshot, only 3 characters will be displayed. For example, if you apply
1000 clocks before the first snapshot, the number "000" will be displayed
instead of "1000".
Solution 1:
Perform a readback before the clocks are applied. This will make the first
snapshot the second snapshot and the number of clocks will be displayed
properly.
