Problem Description:
Clicking on the HDL Entry button doesn't start the HDL
Editor. No errors are displayed.
Solution 1:
There are not enough Windows resources available.
Close other applications and invoke the HDL Editor again.
You may need to exit and restart Windows to free the Windows
resources.
