Problem Description:
PPR ERROR 5606:
Unable to create output MXN or PIC cell.
This error proceeded by a strange syntax error may be cause by corrupt or missing part-type files (.
spd, .pkg,.bsd, .dev,.die).
The fix is to replace/update the part data files in the XACT\data directory
Solution 1:
Replace the relevent part-type data files (.spd, .pkg, .bsd, .dev, .die) in the XACT\data directory.
