XChecker 5.2.1: Downloading a valid bitstream in DOS produces a frame error - INIT goes low
Problem Description:
The serial ports on some older PCs cannot deliver the bitstream at higher
baud rates, such as 115,200.
Solution 1:
Lower the baud rate. The XChecker command, at the Xchecker command line,
for this is:
baud <baud_rate>
Example: baud 9600
