Problem Description:
When starting up Design Mangager, get system error
Unhandled exception
Xact Raw binary interface error
Solution 1:
Delete (make backup) the DSGNMGR.INI file from the WINDOWS directory
(or the directory point at by XACTUSER). Design Manager will create a
new DSGNMGR.INI file. May get one more errors when opening up
Design Manager again for the first time. You should be able to get by
this error and create a new project. The Design Manager should work
again after this.
