General Description:

The XC9500 devices feature user-programmable ground pins to help
reduce system noise.

However, the current xc9500 software, XACT-CPLD v6.0.1, (DS560) does
not yet support this feature. This option appears in the menu XC9500
Implementation Template, but has no effect.
