XC4000E: What is state of RAMs upon power-up/configuration?
Problem Description:
RAMs (as well as ROMs) are initialized at power-up of the device
in the xc4000E devices.
By default, all RAM/ROM contents are initialized to all zeros.
The initialization values may be defined by the user by attaching
an INIT attribute to the RAM (or ROM) symbol:
INIT=value
where value is the hexidecimal initialization value.
Note that RAM initialization occurs only during configuration.
RAM content is not affected by the Global Set/Reset.
