Foundation install hangs at "searching for XACT environment."
What's happening?
Solution 1:
This problem has been seen to happen sporadically when the
XACT variable in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file has ";" or ";%XACT%"
(without a previously defined XACT variable) at the end.
Remove the ";" or ";%XACT%".
