Design Manager/Flow Engine: BlackBoxes appear instead of Characters
Problem Description:
The messages being scrolled in the Flow Engine window appear as black boxes. The punctuation charac
ters appear okay, but the alphabetic characters appear as black boxes.
Solution 1:
In the Design Manager -> Tools -> Flow Engine -> Setup -> Font.
In this box choose the correct font. When you choose a different font an
example of what it will look like will appear in the window.
