Problem Description:
When opening up XABEL on a workstation, you may get the following series of
errors:

This is due to the UIDPATH environment variable not being set correctly.
Solution 1:
Be sure the UIDPATH env variable is set as follows:
setenv UIDPATH <path_to_DS371>/bin/<platform>/%U
where <path_to_DS371> is the directory where XABEL is installed
and <platform> is sparc or hppa.
The %U is required to be at the end of the path as shown.
