Logitech Mouse driver causes Translate to Hang
Problem Description:
During Translate stage in Design Manager on a rather large design, machine will hang if the mouse is
not moving constantly.
Solution 1:
Remove the mouse driver from autoexec.bat or config.sys, the problem should
go away. Also try to disable the screen saver.
