This was a bug with the old HW-130 software and has been fixed in the new updated version (released in December 1995). Solution 1: The latest version of this sofware is also available off the internet: http://www.xilinx.com under Answers -> File Download -> Software Help ->         Programmer. Dowload either: hw130.zip (for DOS) or         hw130w16.zip (16 bit) or         hw130w32.zip (32 bit) Solution 2: Download the latest version of the software from the bbs.
