General Description:
All the Data Books (from 1996 up to the 1998) show the pull-ups in the IOB
of a 9500 device pulling upto VccINT.
Solution 1:
This is incorrect. It actually pulls up to VccIO and has been corrected in the
1999 Databook.
This assures that during programming and power-up, when this pull-up is active,
the pin will only be at VccIO, and will not damage any 3.3V parts which it is
interfacing to.
