Problem Description:
For XC5200 designs, XNFPREP will issue ERROR 3582 if an XBLOX DATA_REG has a
STYLE of either IOB, ILD, IFD, or OFD:
XNFPREP: ERROR 3582:
The XBLOX symbol '$1I1' (type = DATA REG) has the STYLE = ILD
parameter, which indicates that it should be implemented in IOBs.
This can not be done in XC5200 devices, since these devices do not
contain any input or output flip-flops.
