Design Manager reports: xmake is inaccessable
Problem Description:
When running translate from design manager a message pops up saying:
xmake is inaccessable.
Xmake may work from a dos shell
Solution 1:
Make sure that the xact directory is pointed to by both the path and the xact environment variable.
Make sure this information is in the autoexec.bat file.
If using a network program called syscom to add mapped network locations to path statment, xmake or
other xilinx tools will run from a dos shell without
problem, but when they were called from Design manager they will not be found.
Typing "set" from a dos shell will show the correct path and xact environment variables. Adding the
xact directory to the path in the autoexec.bat solves the problem.
