OrCAD Capture 7.0: Error CAP0044 empty pin number has been created for pin xx
Problem Description:
In Capture 7.0, if you edit some of the Xilinx Orcad libraries
you may get the error:
Error CAP0044 empty pin number has been created for pin xx
Solution 1:
This is due to a missing pin number on the Xilinx Orcad library
parts. All pins are required to have either a pin name or
number. Our parts do have pin names but not pin numbers. Orcad is working on a patch; contact Orcad
for more details.
