Problem Title:
W/S License Manager: Why is there a feature line for VIEWLOGIC?
Problem Description:
In the license.dat file that the workstation license manager uses,
there are feature lines for VIEWLOGIC and VIEWLOGIC-SUN4. Since
the current versions of the Viewlogic/Xilinx tools are unlicensed
by Xilinx, why do we still include these lines?
Solution 1:
Versions of xnf2wir prior to XACT 5.0 needed this license.
No current XACT tools still uses this, but since some customers might
still be using the old tools, we continue to ship this feature line.
