XChecker: "Done did not go high" for 5200 download.

Record #1402

Product Family: Software

Product Line: FPGA Core

Product Part: XChecker

Problem Title:
XChecker: "Done did not go high" for 5200 download.

Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard

General Description:
The XChecker software can be used as a stand-alone tool
(ie. it does not need to be used within the XACT environment).
Though in order to use the XChecker program to download a 5200
device the partlist.xct file needs to be available. If the
partlist.xct file is not available the XChecker program will
report "Done did not go high".

Solution 1:

In order to fix this problem do one of the following:
1) Set the XACT variable to the XACT directory, there should
be a data directory within the XACT directory that contains the
partlist.xct file.
2) Copy the XACT\data\partlist.xct file to the current working
directory (the directory you will be running xchecker from).

A quick check to verify that the partlist.xct file is available
is to type device at the XCHECKER prompt, if it returns a list
of available devices then everything is ok.
