Problem Description:
What is XNFRPT?
Stated in the Xilinx HardWire New Design Checklist is the instruction:
"Customer checks and corrects all design rule violations
(Run XNFRPT with -I flag set)"
Solution 1:
Xilinx does not have a program called XNFRPT. The equivalent
of checking design rule violations is to run xde in the
project directory from DOS or UNIX prompt.
From XDE, Programs -> DRC -> design.lca -> -Informational
