Problem Title:
PRE-UNIFIED CARRY symbol: Not supported
Problem Description:
The XC4000 "CARRY" primitive in the pre-Unified libraries was
never used in any library macros, nor was it supported by XACT.
Since it was a primitive, it was not documented in the XACT 4.x
Libraries Guide.
The CARRY symbol has since been removed from the XNF Spec and superseded by
CY4 and the various Carry Mode symbols
