Problem Description:
Although the Hardware Debugger allows the Parallel cable to be selected as an interface, the Paralle
l download cable will not to work with Hardware Debugger.
Solution 1:
The parallel download cable will work with the DOS based XChecker software.
XChecker can be run from a DOS shell. To download a file to the parallel download
cable type, xchecker -port lpt1 <bit file or prom file>.
Solution 2:
The Xchecker cable will work with the Hardware Debugger and the DOS based Xchecker software.
