Foundation: Trying to open Project Manager exits Windows
Problem Description:
When attempting to open the Foundation Project Manager by
double-clicking on the icon, Windows may shut down
completely.
Solution 1:
One possible cause of this behavior is an insufficient amount
of free conventional memory.
REM out non-critical drivers and TSRs from the CONFIG.SYS and
AUTOEXEC.BAT files, and/or load them into high memory to
increase the amount of available conventional memory.
