Solution 1:
There is a troubleshooting guide for the Xchecker hardware
and software included in the XACT documentation. This
includes :
o Common problems (PC communications, improper connections, etc.)
o Explanations of error numbers, messages and warnings
o Recovery techniques
This information is located in Chapter 3 of the Hardware
and Peripherals User Guide pages 3-65 to 3-80.
If you do not have a hard copy of this manual, it is
installed with the XACT 6.0.x/5.2.x software. It may be
accessed from the Xilinx Online Docs icon located in the
XACTstep 6.0 group.
If you do not have this installed on your machine, it may also
be accessed from the Xilinx FTP site :
