They were INCORRECT in 7/96 databook and earlier. Solution 1: The numbers in table 22: XC4000E Program Data (9/96 only), p. 4-57 are correct. (They were INCORRECT in 7/96 databook and earlier.) Note 1 needs to say:     PROM Size = Program Data + 40 (header) + 8 Correct prom sizes are (in bits): xc4003E 53,984 xc4005E/L 95,008 xc4006E 119,840 xc4008E 147,552 xc4010E/L 178,144 xc4013E/L 247,968 xc4020E 329,312 xc4025E 422,176 If makebits is run with -lc=aligned_done, then the bit size will come out 8 bits less as shown in the 7/96 databook.
