Problem Title:
XDM 5.2: The Translate Menu does not have XEMAKE underneath it
Problem Description:
In the older software versions (i.e Xact 5.1) a customer would be able
to complete the xilinx flow to target a 7300 device in XDM. That
DOS flow no longer exists, the Xact 5.2/6.0 and higher software XEMAKE
has been removed from the translate menu.
Solution 1:
Use the windows based Design Manager to target the 7300 device.
Solution 2:
Use an earlier version of XDM and XACT (ie 5.1) to target a 7300 device.
