Install: How to install XACT 5.2.1 on a HP ver 10.20
Problem Description:
The installation program for XACT 5.x is not tested under HPUX 10.xx.
Therefore when user try to run default installation program, it will stop
since the OS is not supported.
Solution 1:
Please source the install script from the Xilinx CD-ROM:
/cdrom/cdi.sch
OR download the script from
ftp://ftp.xilinx.com/pub/swhelp/xact-workstation/cdicsh.tar.Z
and then source this file.
This is a script that will install the software without the Graphical User
Interface and certain system checks.
