General Description:
-2 .db XC4000E synthesis library files for XSI 5.2.1 are now available via the Xilinx anonymous FTP
site (ftp.xilinx.com). These files are designed to work with XSI 5.2.1, and Synopsys 3.3b.
Solution 1:
Xilinx File ftp://ftp.xilinx.com/pub/swhelp/synopsys/xsi521_4ke-2.tar.Z
There is a README file in the above file which explain how to install these .db files. These files
can be used with FPGA Compiler 3.3b and above, or Design Compiler 3.3b.
