FTP site (ftp.xilinx.com). These files are designed to work with XSI 5.2.1., and Synopsys 3.3b and
above.

There is a README file in the above file which explain how to install these .db files. These files
can
be used with FPGA Compiler 3.3b and above, or Design Compiler 3.3b.
