Problem Description:
Will in-warranty customers currently using XABEL-CPLD 6.1.1
automatically receive XABEL-CPLD 6.1.2 as an upgrade?
Solution 1:
No.
All new orders will receive XABEL-CPLD 6.1.2, but current users
will not be automatically upgraded.
The reason is that XABEL-CPLD 6.1.2 is simply an upgrade to
allow the software to run under Windows95. It is assumed that
customers using Win95 do not currently have XABEL-CPLD 6.1.1
since it did not work properly under Win95, and current users of
XABEL-CPLD 6.1.1 are under Win3.x, and therefore do not require
the upgrade.
However, if an in-warranty customer using XABEL-CPLD 6.1.1
desires the upgrade to 6.1.2, he/she may request it from the
Sales Rep, or Customer Service at no cost. It is a free upgrade
upon request.
