Change->LogiBLOX does not reliably update symbol in Workview Office

When using the Change->LogiBLOX command within Workview
Office, if the symbol is modified (pins added or removed,
etc.) the changes may not be seen immediately.
Also, if the module type has been changed, the icon boundary
may not be changed to match the new symbol. This is a problem
with Viewcell.
Solution 1:
In most cases, closing and then re-opening the schematic will
be enough to refresh the symbol instantiation.
For some cases, it may be necessary to quit then re-invoke
ViewDraw itself.
