The XC9500F family of devices do not have In-System Programming
(ISP) capability. They must be programmed with the Xilinx
HW130 programmer, or another 3rd party programmer.
However, do these devices support full JTAG functionality as
the XC9500 device do, even though they do not support ISP?
Solution 1:
Yes, the XC9500F family supports the same JTAG functionality
as the XC9500 family, with the exception of the ISP
instructions.
