General Description:
Running the flow engine completes with errors. Looking in the log reports
(fe.log for example) indicates the following error message:
Command line exceeds allowable limit.
The error seems to indicate that the design has exceeded the allowable
character/path limit in windows.
Solution 1:
Move the design directory closer to the root directory so that the Design
Manager does not hit the 63 character pathlimit as it attempts to create
subdirectories... (Xilinx Solution 727).
