don't match those listed in Data Book.
Solution 1:
Page 4-90 of the 9/96 Data Book states:
"The XACT delay calculator uses this indirect method. When there is a
descrepancy between the two methods, the values listed below [table in
Data Book] should be used, and the derived values must be ignored."
The above can be relied on because the values in the Data Book
are tested directly.
