General Description:
HW-130, XC1700/D/L: Device FAILED Low Vcc or Low Voltage Verify.
This message from the HW-130 software means that there is either a
problem with the XC1700 device, or the programming algorithm is out
of date.
Solution 1:
Verify that you are using the latest version of the HW-130 software (version 4.1 will be shipping in
May 1997).
If you are using the latest algorithm for the target part, and
continue to see this problem, contact Xilinx technical support and
provide us with the lot code information for the affected devices
(check the markings on the PROM package).
You may also be asked to send in some sample parts and programming
files for verification by the factory.
