HW-130: programmer displays "HW-133-PG84" when TQ100 adapter is used.

General Description:
When using HW-130 prgrammer with TQ100 adapter in place, the programmer
may incorrectly identify the adapter as "HW-133-PG84".
Solution 1:
This is a bug with v4.0 of the HW-130 software.
This is fixed in the latest version of the HW-130 software
available at :
http://www.xilinx.com/support/troubleshoot/htm_index/sw_programmer.htm
There should NOT be any problem continuing to use TQ100 adapter.
The programming of the device will not be affected.
