General Description:
xc4000EX/XL does not function correctly in Hardware. For example, IOs
stuck at a logic level.
Solution 1:
The BITGEN TIE option (-t) does not work for the M1.1.1a and the M1.2.11
WorkStation Pre-release of the M1 Software. The result may be that a
signal in the design may be attached to a power, thus rendering the design
inoperable.
Do not use this option for these releases.
