When trying to target a particular part, the Xilinx tools
return a message stating that you have selected an
invalid speed grade.
Solution 1:
Two things can be the problem:
1. You have chosen an invalid speed grade
2. You do not have the needed files to target that speed grade.
To get the most up to date speed files, please go to:
http://www.xilinx.com/support/troubleshoot/htm_index/sw_speed_files.htm
and then choose the appropriate speed files to download.
