General Description:
When a MACRO window is selected in the Hardware Debugger, then menu
options "Print" and "Print Preview" are greyed and unavailable.
Solution 1:
MACRO files are saved as <name>.cmd files which are standard ASCII and
may be printed from a standard UNIX Shell print command.
Example: unix_prompt>lpr -P printer_name macro1.cmd
On Win95 or WinNT platforms, the <name>.cmd file can be loaded
printed from WordPad.
