General Description:
Debug menu options (Apply CLKO, Start CLKO, Stop CLKO, Read Snap
shots) are executed only while the Waveform window is selected. These
options are enabled but won't execute while a non-waveform window is
in selected.
Solution 1:
Use the mouse to "click" on the Title Bar of the Waveform window.
When the Waveform window becomes highlighted, the DEBUG options are
enabled and executable.
