General Description:
After reading or deleting signals from the Waveform window, Signals
Display section scroll bars mey get corrupted visually or slightly
non-funtional.
Solution 1:
Save and close the Waveform window. It may then be re-openned by
"clicking" on the Display button in the Control Panel window.
