General description:
Placing the property BUFG=CLK/OE/SR on any internal symbol or
net causes the fitter to issue warning xr5049. It ignores the
BUFG=CLK/OE/SR property on symbols other than IBUF/BUF/CKBUF,
or their output nets.
Solution 1:
Use the BUFG=CLK/OE/SR property on the IBUF/BUF driving the
internal symbols or nets.
