Problem Description:
Urgency: standard

General Description:

Trying to program a 9500 device using xchecker cable on a
Solaris 5.5.1 machine with the M1.3 Jtag programmer GUI or
commandline jtagprog executable will fail intermittently.

Here is the error message:

ERROR:basut - Xchecker re-configuration file for boundary-scan
       TAP driver was not completed. Check that the XILINX
       variable is set correctly, that the cable connections and
       power supply levels are correct. Run the cable
       diagnostics to check that the cable is functioning
       correctly.

If the problem occurs every time. there is most likely another
issue.


Solution 1:

The resolution is to try again. It should work on the next try.
