Filter text boxes have titles like <OUTPUT>Filter for Nets Not
to be Selected</OUTPUT>. What exactly does that mean?
Solution 1:
These filter text boxes have two list windows below them.
The window on the left lists all available resources of the
appropriate type (nets, flip-flops, etc.). You select items
from this list and move them to the window on the right
using the ">" button.
The filter text applies to the list on the left, making it
easier to find the items you wish to select.
