General Description:
If there are no timing analysis report windows open, the
keyboard shortcut for File -> Open Physical Constraints is
Alt F H.
But if a timing analysis report window is open, the keyboard
shortcut changes to Alt F P.
This shortcut conflicts with the shortcut for File -> Print.
Solution 1:
To print in this situation, use the mouse or press Alt F
and use the down arrow key to select the Print command.
