Problem Description:
PAR may crash with a core dump if guided place and route is
mixed with re-entrant routing (no placement and keep current
routing).
Sample command: par -k -p -i150 -d3 -w -g 5_5r.ncd input.ncd out.ncd

Solution 1:
This problem is currently not scheduked to be fixed.
Guided PAR and Re-entrant routing are mutually exclusuve
options and should not be used together.
