General Description:
In the simulator, the output of the OSC4 symbol is always
high-Z.
Solution 1:
The OSC4 symbol is not simulatable in the Foundation
toolset.
You must apply stimulus to the output(s) of the OSC4
(you can use the ready-made 50% duty cycle stimulators
for this).
