General Description:
This usually means that a program invoked by the Design Manager
has crashed with a return code that was unexpected.
Solution 1:
Check the Design Manager fe.log report file to find out which
program was running before this error message occurred.
Run the program from the command line instead to see what
errors appear and report the problem to Xilinx technical
support.
The workaround is to process the design through the rest
of the flow manually.
