Hardware Debugger will issue this error:
Current design does not have RDBACK block connected.
Readback device's configuration is disable.
or
Xchecker will issue this error:
ERROR 014: Current design do not have RDBACK block connected.
Device readback may be incorrect.
Solution 1:
Check to see if an IBUF is used as the buffer between the pad and
TRIG line of the READBACK symbol.
Using a BUFG will cause this error.
